Need to return or exchange something? Start with our online Product Return Form. It only takes a couple of minutes and you can upload photos of your item.
Change of mind or wrong size
- Request your return within 15 days of delivery.
- Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging with tags attached.
- You can choose an exchange (different size or product) or store credit. Refunds aren’t available for change of mind.
- You’re responsible for return postage. Please use a recorded and insured service.
Faulty or incorrect items
- Let us know through the Product Return Form as soon as possible, with photos of the issue.
- Faulty or incorrect items can be replaced or refunded.
- Once your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label.

Please wait until we’ve reviewed your request before sending anything back. Items sent without a Product Return Form may not be accepted. Pack your item in its original packaging, include your name and order number, and send it to:

What happens next
Returns can take up to 7 days to reach us. Once received, we’ll inspect your item and, if approved, process your exchange, store credit or refund within 2 to 10 business days.
Items we can’t accept
- Wetsuit hire and ex-demo items
- HUUB products bought from another retailer. Please contact the store you purchased from.
